You have to go on whatsapp web open the chat where you have the music and you can save it on your computer then you put it in itunes and there have it .

You don't know.. simply you can save anything from Whatsapp to your Android devices.

There is an app called Whatsapp pocket...it exports audio from whatsapp to your desktop
