iTunes not installed correctly Error 7 Windows error 126 Please help

I tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling even system repairs and registry repairs

spend a few days even until late at night then I uninstalled everything again

I went to control panel then system and security then administrative tools opened it up

and went down to services opened it up scrolled right down to windows installer click on it

and in the left hand pane it will tell you what it is used for you then hit start and it will start it

and when I reinstalled iTunes it downloaded no bother
