how can i download ios 7 apps on my ipod touch 4th gen

I have an Ipod Touch 4th Gen. There was a few apps that i want on the app store which require ios7. Unfortunately i can not update to ios 7. How can I download these apps??😟

You cannot. You can try downloading an older version of the app: App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps, or try finding alternatives that are compatible with iOS 6: Finding iOS Apps Compatible with Older Devices.
