Game app Family Farm Seaside quits loading

I have been playing a game: Family Farm Seaside (for ipads) for at least a year.

My ipad is updated to the latest Ios and has a good Wifi connection.

The issue is this game has a loading progress bar, this finishes and the game is almost

loaded and at this point this screen stays the same abd nothing else ever happens.

I just recently emptied the cookies bin and internet data, could this be why the game wont

load?

I have trued quitting thus app and resetting and that does not help.

Any other suggestions?

BTW My ipad is a mini ipad.
