icloud activation
my problem is not a new one. i bought a ipad mini private and after i tried to install it, it asked for the apple-id and the password - not a new one, but the one of the original owner. he deletet his files in front of my eyes, but he did it not with itunes - so the "find my iphone"-function was/is still active.
trouble is, that after this, he wont answer my calls, my mobile-messages and apple wont help me either, even if this all was completely legal and the ipad now is mine and registered in my account - but this doesnt do anything to make it work for me. as you know: only the original user can delete the icloud-account but this one - for some reason rational or not - will definetely not do it and apple leaves me alone with this.
iam not asking for hints like doing something illegal to hack this ipad or else - anyway, if there is a legal way somehow to solve this problem: please! tell me - but iam asking you for hints in this direction:
- do you know someone at apple which i can talk to? send an email to? someone who cares? someone who can change this stupid politics? not the support. the support is just following rules and the rules must not be broken.
i understand completely the sense of the politics behind the option "find my iphone" - but in individual cases there must be something, that can be done.
who can i talk to?
