What iOS version is installed on your iPhone 6s?
10.2
iOS 10.2 iPhone 6s: Update
Now I lost bluetooth connection while playing music. Just stopped. So again i had to erase the iPhone and download recovery from iCloud then input setting including new pairing to iWatch. This has become big pain. I now routed all phone calls to the phone rather than hearing aids in addition to impairing car bluetooth connections.

Update 12/27/2016: Even after routing all calls to iPhone they go to hearing aids after a few seconds.
Bluetooth has become practically useless for me on these hearing aids for taking calls, listening to music, or using BT in two cars.
Bill,
A couple of questions:
What model of Halos do you have?
Have you turned off "Handoff?"
Have you tried not running the TruLink app?
The issues you are having seem peculiar. Earlier versions of iOS did have issues with "made for iPhone" actions but they all seem to have been fixed with iOS 10.2. So, it may be you have a hardware problem with the 6s. With 10.2 and Halo 2 devices I'm not having these issues.
Hello Starkey. Thanks for taking my concerns seriously so thank you for the latest suggestion of turning of "Hand Off" It was on and I've now turned it off.
Also, I will stop using the TruLink App.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks, again. Bill
Bill,
To be clear, I am not part of Starkey, just a user of their hearing aids. But yes, please let us know if making these changes helped with your BT communications with your Halos. Do you have the original Halos or do you have Halo 2's? Just curious.
Regards,
Dave
I have Hale 2 i1600
I'm back to ground zero. Worked for a day then lost connection. Now I have to erase phone and download from iCloud in order to connect to BT. I've received feedback from Starkey and they've basically given up on me.

Hello, one of my wifes Halo i110's wont turn on, and just beeps 16 times. Wont connect via bluetooth to iphone app but just beeps 16 times then then makes a feedback sound. Does anyone happen to know what the 16 beeps indicate??
And yes we have tried numerous new batteries, and have tried using the battery from the hearing aid that still works.
Any insight would be appreciated as it is new years eve day and starkey is closed for the next 2 days.
Your problem with your wife's HAs sounds like the HAs are bad. You have an audiologist, I presume, so go see her/him. These aids have many pieces some of which can be changed out by your audiologist. I got new wires and speakers just recently when one speaker came detached from my aid. Instead of just doing the one, she did both. Oddly, they work far better now. These HAs are amazing pieces of technology but just as sometimes our TV or Microwave quit working, so do these.
Have you been to your audiologist? Your HAs may be malfunctioning. If they are all well and good, the other issue could be the iPhone. They do not always do what they should. I have had connectivity issues since the new iOS but yours are radical and should not happen. My granddaughter got a new phone because hers would not connect automatically to wifi and sometimes not manually. All this stuff we have does need checked out because sometimes it just doesn't work right.
I got this set of instructions from a Starkey rep.

Reset hearing aids
1. Remove aids if patient is wearing and place approximately 1 ½ ft. from iPhone. Battery doors closed at this time.
2. Remove pairing, iPhone: Go to Settings/ General /Accessibility/Hearing Devices. Forget This Device—Sometime I will need to reboot phone, and open/close battery doors before I can get the devices visible to the phone.
3. Press and hold Power button, when 'slide to power down' appears, release power button, press and hold Home button. The phone will return to Home screen. This cleared the ram.
4. Press and hold Power Button/slide to power phone off.
5. Open battery doors of the devices and leave open
6. Turn iPhone back on. When phone is up, close battery doors of the devices.
7. Go to the iPhone settings and toggle off the Bluetooth. Navigate to General>Accessibility>Hearing Devices. Turn on the Bluetooth. Wait till the devices are detected. You may need to open, close battery doors once again if the name doesn't appear in Black within 10 seconds. Touch on the name to get the pairing request. One request for each device. Sometime one request sometimes two… Don’t care as long as I get two battery indicators and stream LT/RT/volume controls/ presets, live listen…
8. Open Trulink….test it
Thank you for your input, we will have to wait a couple days until after the holiday to go to the doctor for looking into repairs as all other attempts including restarting everything wont work. Aggravating though as there is a specific beeping happening and nothing listed for trouble shooting anywhere for this.
I do have other bluetooth devices including iWatch, BeOn light bulbs. I've unpaired all other audio devices. I have also unapaired Connect in my Chrysler Van and Sync in my Ford.
Bill,
Yes! You need to take your iPhone to an Apple Store. Something is not right!
