Have you tried redownloading all the additional content for LP9 via the menu option?
If you have and that didnt help then.......
Transfering Logic from one computer to another that is not the same model using either Migration Assistant or Time Machine, rarely works correctly I have found.
The best advice i give people in this situation is to start again from fresh... Wipe out everything, using the recovery partition (Hold down the option key right after hearing the chime after restarting your Mac, format and then re-install OS X and then download and install Logic Pro and all it's additional content. Next reinstall all 3rd party plugins and their data / libraries where applicable.
Install any drivers for external hardware making sure you do so using the correct versions for your OS X version.
Finally then manually move over all personal data such as projects etc....
Test....
if all is ok...
Now install all other software you use on a regular basis...
I know this is a real pain in the butt to do but history shows that this is really the only safe and reliable method that gives the best results in the long term.
