What is Syncsoass.bundle ? it seems to be missing and causing problems with certain plugins in my Logic

Synsoacc.bundle is part of the eLicencer installation... needed for a variety of things including VSL etc. any help?

Indeed, i have re-installed or updated my eLicenser and don't get that message anymore.
Now, my problem is with Space Designer and EXS24 :
Space Designer :
Although all my Impulse Responses are in the Library>Audio>Apple folder, when in Logic, i can't reach all my reverb options as they don't appear.
EXS24 : A bunch of sounds are missing (viola legato, brass ensemble,...)
