I currently own an A1428 model of the iPhone 5 and have a 4G LTE sim card as of today. I also live in Beirut, Lebanon and 4G LTE is supported here. I can see the "Enable LTE" but i only get 3G when i turn on my cellular data, so i was wondering, will 4G LTE work on A1428 in Lebanon or not? I mean the LTE toggle is there, and it was a "Enable 3G" toggle before but it got updated.

The short answer is, no. The A1428 will not work on any LTE networks outside of The Americas.
It won't be officially supported, but I can't say it's impossible, though from your description it would appear that it won't work. The carrier would need to use the correct frequencies and bands:

and then there's the issue of the iPhone not having the correct carrier configuration files to use LTE. But perhaps your carrier can help you get connected.

i have an iphone5 model A1428 gsm and i recently change to a new 4g nano sim card with my carrier Orange MRU (Mauritus). wat the carrier has to change on their network so that can receive 4g or LTE speed?
TThe carrier would have to replace their entire network. It won't work. That phone is NOT compatible with lte networks outside of North America.
Will 4G LTE on an a1428 iphone 5 work in the middle east?
