How do i remove feedback assistant?

I've been testing OSX 10.9.3 untill the shipping version of the system, which is now available to everyone. Now I've left the beta seed program, but my feedback assistant is still here on my mac and I can't uninstall it.

Can someone tell me how to remove it from my Mac?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Control - click on the Dock icon, then Options, and make sure Open at login isn't checked.
