Bold, italics, underlined

Is there any way to access the bold, italics, and/or underline functions without having to pull down "Format" or right-clicking mouse and pulling down the options there? I can't find the options in Inspector or the Font box.

I feel like this takes unnecessarily long. Office makes it much easier; it's right on the document bar.

Yeah, shortcuts are pretty good. Control B for bold; Control I for italics; Control u for underline.

I'd still prefer it in a tool bar.

If you want to access the Colors & Alignment feature frequently in Inspector, it might be useful to have a second or even a third inspector open (View/New Inspector).

How do you type the ⌘ symbol? I copied and pasted that from your previous comment. How do I type it myself??

I know all about the keyboard viewer....but I don't see it there.

People who are afraid of mice can also use ctrl+F2 to get to the menus.
