Itunes Application not responding.

Hello all! I updated my Itunes on my Mac OS X 10.9.3 and it started failing since. When opening Itunes it begins to try and conect to my Iphone or Ipad with the wireless option (Devices) and never gets to it. Then it gets blocked and stops to respond. If I turn off the wify on all my devices it opens and works ok, but when trying to sync with anything it gets bloked again!!! Help please!!!! What should I do?

Back up all data.

Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

~/Library/Application Support/SyncServices

Right-click or control-click the line and select

Services Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)

from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Quit the application if it's running. Move the selected item to the Trash. Relaunch the application and test.

*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select

Go Go to Folder...

from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

I have a similar problem. Just can't find a recent post that matches it exactly.

For the past week, I have had an issue where anytime I plug my iPhone or iPad to my MacBook Pro, iTunes opens and becomes unresponsive. If I am not plugged in, it comes up fine (I don't do any updates or syncs with wireless.

I keep everything up to date and have tried different cables, restarting, and running disk utility. Getting the same results. If I bring up iTunes before I plug in, it does the same (locks up). iPhoto launch and imports are working fine.

MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz / OS 10.9.4

iPhone 5 7.1.1

iTunes 11.2.2 (3)

Any help would be appreciated.
