HP USB pen drive nor recognized
My macbook pro early 2013 does not recognize my HP USB pen drive v115w, why and how do I fix this?

Thanks. I forgot to tell you: it does work on my other macbook pro mid2010. I can also see it on any windows machine.
I tried formatting it witn NTFS, exFAT and FAT32, but still my newer mac does not recognize it! I tried formatting it using Windows AND Disk Utilities on Mac.
Try Mac OS Exgtended which is native to OS X
Thanks, the thing is I need it to work both on Macs and PCs, and also my car!
