How I managed iTunes Match when I wanted to put my music and voice memos back on my iDevice.

  1. Connect device to computer and open iTunes.
  2. Select computer for sync
  3. Go to iTunes & App Store in Settings
  4. Turn off everything – Music, Videos, iTunes Match, Music, Apps, Books, Update, Use Cellular Data
  5. Sync device
  6. When completed check that all has been restored on device.
  7. Go back to iTunes & App Store – Turn everything back on except iTunes Match.
  8. Go back to computers iTunes, select device, click sync to cloud.

Thant should fix the problem.

I suggest you backup your devices to the computer every 2 weeks or twice a month so that your last backup is the newest. Please encrypt your data with a pass code so that you don’t have to enter everything all over again. This is beneficial when a major update is on the horizon.
