how enable payoneer credit card with my apple account ???

hi all ,

im trying to busy some apps from the store ... i have a credit card from payoneer bank

its prepaid card.

i have many trials with no luck ...

each time i have the error :

""your payment method information does not match your bank's records try again or enter a new payment method"""

can anyone help me wt does that mean ??

i found i have lost couple of dollars..it seem it discount each time i try and fail !!!!

Hi drvirus,

It sounds like the information you're entering into iTunes doesn't match the information that your bank has on record. Take a look at the article below for more information and instructions on how to change the billing information in iTunes.

iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records

When there is a mismatch between the iTunes Store's records and your credit card company's records, you will receive an error message stating that your credit card's security code isn't valid or that your zip code does not match your bank's records.

Resolution

In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.

You can verify and/or modify your billing address by following these instructions:

Open iTunes. If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.

Choose Store > Sign In.

Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.

Choose Store > View My Account.

Click the Edit Payment Information button.

In the Payment Method section, choose None.

Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.

Click the Edit Payment Information button again.

Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Select your credit card type in the Payment Method section.

Enter your credit card information, your card's security code, and the expiration date.

Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.

If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

Hi ,

i tried as you told me but no benefit.

there is a fields on the billing address required , but not in my billing address of payoneer.

i contacted payoneer support and here is their reply :

Please note that if Apple require a US address or any other information, Payoneer cannot provide you with this information. Within the US Payment Service, all we give our account holders are US bank details (account number and routing number).

I see that you're having trouble adding your Payoneer card as payment method to the app store, in order to purchase apps. Please note that Payoneer allows performing purchases online, at any site which accepts prepaid debit MasterCard. If you're experiencing difficulties with Apple I suggest you contact them directly to see what is the matter and how they can resolve the problem for you.

Debit cards are no longer accepted in many areas.

Are you attempting to use a Payoneer card to purchase from the US AppStore

when you are not in the US? If yes, this is a violation of the Terms of Use to

which you agreed when you set up your account. To purchase from the US

AppStore you need a card from a US recognized financial institution

with a verified address in the US (which you do not have) and be personally

located in the US (which you do not appear to be).

The system is working as intended. You seem to be attempting to circumvent it.

tl:dr - No. You cannot do what you are trying to do with the Payoneer card.
