How to install a HP Laserjet 5100tn printer on my MacBook Pro (Mac OS X 10.9.3)?
It seems that there is no driver available, and I've seen some old printer running on latests OS.

Could you please help?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

Well, according to this information the HP 5100 Series is still supported:

Hello,

On the PREFERENCES > PRINTERS AND SCANNERS window, the printer is here show as inactive, with a green light.

But when I try to print out (even a really light document), the light turns orange, saying that the printer is working.
On an other window, it says "printing on - connecting to the printer"... but nothing happens.


I've also tried with the driver rcommanded by Esquared… same non-result.


Could you please help?
