AppleID (Montenegro)
Hi, I cant seem to be able to register my Apple ID as my country is not listed. How can I add my country on the list, as I need to purchase some apps?
Until if/when Apple open an iTunes store in Montenegro then unfortunately you won't be able to download any iTunes content - you need to be in a country to use its store, so you won't be able to use another country's store, and only Apple can add a country to the iTunes list.
You can try leaving feedback for Apple that are people in Montenegro that would like to be able to buy iTunes content (but Apple can only sell content where the rights-holders grant them licenses to sell it) : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html
