i purchaged one i phone 4s 6 months before and sent my sister but unfortunetly she forget apple id. how can i active again this iphone. i have all bills. can you give me suggestions

She will need to remember the id. If she can't then has got any of the account's purchases on her computer's iTunes library : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1920
Or has tried getting the id via http://iforgot.apple.com ?
