The apple logo turns yellow when I startup?
When I start my computer the apple logo turns yellow for 1 second then the computer goes to the login page. Does this mean I have a virus?

No virus - it's just a bug in 10.9.3 that many, many users are experiencing. Yellow, pink, red, etc.
You can submit feedback to Apple here -> http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html.
I'm sure that it will be fixed in 10.9.4 and it's nothing you need worry about.
