How come my iTunes card isn't properly activated?
When I try to use my new pre paid iTunes gift card $25 it says that the card wasn't properly activated. Help please thanks

The card has to be activated at the store where it was purchased, just like any gift card, or it will not work. If you are sure that it was properly activated at the store, look here for help. If the card was not activated correctly, you will have to take it back to the store and have them activate it.
