same here... please help me somebody if you can... everybody's deserted me... even apple has stopped responding to my latest email
the story so far -- itunes won't connect & im on a wireless broadband router... i don't have norton but i have a thing called spysweeper (turning that off doesn't fix my problem) and it works in windows firewall, according to diagnostics... i am not exaggerating when i say that i have tried EVERYTHING that i could find on this website. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

who is going to answer the question about rel 7 refusing a connection to the itunes store from itunes? everyone has the question - but no one is answering it.
Please somebody help, on diagnostics everything connects successfully. I can also listen to the radio, etc. The only thing I can't do is get to the &$
(%*%^ store!? Anyone know what the heck is going on? I know what I'm doing with my firewall and stuff, this doesn't make sense. I'm about ready to stop using iTunes altogether.
