iTunes for WIndows 8 RT... alternative?

I recently purchased a new Surface 2 running Windows RT.

As of right now, I know that Apple does not support iTunes running on Windows RT tablets.

My questions are;

1) Does anyone know when Apple will develop support for the tablet?

and

2) Does anyone know any good alternative? Reason being is because I have purchased music on the iTunes store and I would like to play that music on my tablet. I do not have an actual computer for me to install iTunes on and download the music there and then transfer my music via flash drive to the tablet; so that is out of the question.

Please, any thing helps! Thank you!

No one here would know when or if Apple will develop a version for Windows RT.

Try finding a friend or family member that will let you use their computer for the downloads. You'll have to authorize that computer for your Apple ID, but you can de-authorize it after you're done.
