Upgrading GPU and CPU to iMac late 2009 ¿6970M and Quad Core?

Hello!

In first place, i need say sorry about my english, it's not my first languaje and i don speak that correctly. Down you can find that text in Spanish (my original languaje).

I have an iMac late 2009 with Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06 Ghz (E7600) and Amd Radeon HD4670m. I love my computer but i need more now.

I see the HD6970m (2GB gram) and i need it! Can my iMac run with this GPU? It's use the same socket. I use Mac OS X Mavericks and Windows 8.1 (in Windows i guess no problems, but Will have problems in Mac?).

Else way, i see too the Q9400 CPU, Quadcore with 1333Mhz FSB. My actual CPU has 1033Mhz FSB in LGA 775 (like my actual CPU), can i update the cpu to an 1333Mhz FSB CPU? If i can, i will update to Q9400 or other. If not, i will keep in my actual E7600 😟

Tengo un iMac late 2009 con un Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06 Ghz (E7600) y una AMD Radeon HD4670m. Adoro mi ordenador pero necesito algo más.

He visto la HD6970m (2gb de ram grafica) y la quiero! ¿Puede mi iMac con esta GPU? Utiliza el mismo socket. Utilizo Mavericks y Windows 8.1 (en windows espero no tener problemas, pero ¿tendre problemas en mac?).

Por otro lado, he visto tambien el procesador Q9400, un quadcore con 1333Mhz de FSB que usa tambien el LGA 755 como mi CPU. Mi CPU tiene 1033 Mhz de FSB, ¿puedo actualiar a una CPU de 1333Mhz de FSB? Si puedo, entonces actualizare a dicho quadcore (u otro). En caso contrario, me tendre que quedar en mi E7600 😟
