No sound on google doodle on Macbook:suggestions have not work for any browser

Like others, I don't get sound on google doodles on my Macbook despite the fact that that the doodles intend to have sound. Suggestions to turn off extensions, etc have not worked. I use Chrome, safari or firefox. No sound on any. Otherwise, my sound is working fine-on iTunes etc. Any new suggestions?
