Rear camera not working, but front camera does

I tried to take a picture this afternoon with my iPhone 5S, and when I started my camera up, it crashed and will not work at all. On my apps (snapchat, facebook, twitter) if I want to take a picture, it has to be with the front camera, because there is no option for the rear camera. There is no button to push to get to the rear camera, like their normally was. When I push up the camera icon on the unlock screen, my phone restarts by itself. I don't know what is going on. I downloaded the latest software update the day it came out, and now all of a sudden it stopped working. Can anyone help me?

iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting

Power-cycle the iPhone. Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

Back up your iPhone.iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

Reset All Settings. Settings > General > Reset

Restore the iOS. Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings

Get Service. https://locate.apple.com/country or http://selfsolve.apple.com

I reset to factory settings and the camera didn't work. Then I restored my iPhone, and the camera was still not working. So I believe it is a malfunction.
