I don't remember Apple id as it was registered thanks to my familiar person with which there is no communication, and from the moment of registration there passed a lot of time, I blame myself for this error. contact the prior owner and have him/her do the actions in this link:

Until the Activation Lock is removed, the iPhone will remain useless. There is

If you cannot contact the original owner, the situation is indeed hopeless. The phone is useless to you. There is no way to help you.

Have you tried the AppleID and password you used to login here and post?

Immediately after purchasing my manager suggested to enter Apple ID, so I can install the application as he later explained to me. Of course, I agreed. On iPhone, I basically called and wrote an SMS and sometimes downloaded the application, but this happened very rarely. Recently battery has been replaced in my iPhone, as the old did not hold a charge. After switching on the iPhone, I found that my IPhone requires activation or Apple ID or password, I certainly do not know. I called to the store where the phone was purchased, but it culminated in failure, as the manager who sold me the phone does not work anymore. Sending the message receipt photos, proof of purchase iPhone. Help please unlock my iPhone. Thank you so much.

I understand that English is not your native language but you're pretty proficient. So, presumably, you were able to read the entire thread before posting. Which means you know that no one here works for Apple, that no one here can help you, that your only option is to contact Apple with proof that you are the original owner of the phone.
