I have a problem with activation my iPhone 5с. I have bought the iPhone in a shop 7 month ago and update iOS 7.1 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone 2 days. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?



Model of my iPhone is A1532 and IMEI is ***** I attach photos of the box and the sales receipt.

Since you bought it only one week ago you should have no trouble returning this iPhone and getting your money back assuming it is a responsible shop. This is your only course of action you have available to you. Apple will not disable activation lock on that iPhone except for the ORIGINAL owner of the iPhone which is not you.

You need to obtain proof that the deceased was the original owner of the

iPhone (sales receipt showing serial number from Apple or Apple authorized

reseller is needed, hand written receipt from shop down the lane is not

acceptable) and legal proof that you inherited the iPhone - copy of the will, statement

by executor of said will, etc. When you have both of those items, take them and

the iPhone to the nearest Apple store where they may assist you.


If the iPhone was purchased second hand or from unauthorized seller, Apple will

not assist.

With the documentation discussed above, all Apple may do is remove

the Activation Lock currently on the iPhone so you can use it as your own.


Using the apps and music and other downloads is a separate issue. All

those items are forever tied to the AppleID of the deceased. Such items

cannot be transferred to another AppleID nor can you merge items from

separate IDs. Ask when you go in to have the Activation Lock removed as

someone in the Apple Store may be able to answer that question. IANAL

but do not expect you will be successful in getting access those items without

the passcode associated with his AppleID.

A man in sotstsialnoy network "in contact" asked for help, he said that he had stolen the phone literally 40 minutes ago and asked him to dial iCloud that would see some of its rooms druzey.Ya entered the situation and decided to dial, and then my iPhone perezagruzilsya.Ya included iPhone there had to activate its iCloud, I had asked him to account to which he replied that he blocked my iPhone, and unlocking is 2500 rubles.

I'd suggest you try posting again in your native language. I don't know whether you used a translating app or what but your post is almost impossible to understand.
