Unable to download a particular app

Good day!

I recently purchased a $15 app called Monster hunter freedom unite for iOS from the App Store. However, it says "unable to download app". I have an iPad mini with retina display. My internet connection is well and still got a load of memory for the app. I tried the following methods as seen on the forums but to no avail.

1. Restart the iPad - didn't work.

2. Sign out my apple id, restart and sign in again - didn't work.

3. Tried to install the app in my iPhone 4s- didn't work.

4. Tried to restart my router a couple of times - didn't work.

5. Installing and updating other apps seems to work fine.

I am wondering if there is something wrong with this particular app because other games and apps can be downloaded without any issues. It is just with this game.

Hopefully someone can help me because i spent $15 bucks for nothing.
