I wont to change my product for a new one, i can not seem to do anything online to help.
I have the products original packaging but the website is not accepting its serial number!
I bought it from a airport so I presume it is not a fake.
please help 😟

From your post I understand that the remote buttons on the EarPods remote are not functioning. To resolve this issue please follow the steps below.
- Check for debris in the gap between the top and bottom covers of the remote.
- Gently tap the remote to dislodge debris.
- If any debris cannot be dislodged, brush with a soft bristled brush to remove any lodged particles.
Check gap and remove any debris present.
If the issue persists, go to: apple.com/support/iphone/service/faq/ for information on service.
