I have the most update on iOS and want to move my iBooks to my Kindle Fire. How do I do that?

Paid for books from the ibookstore normally cannot be read on a Kindle, so it may not make sense to do what you are suggesting.

A Kindle fire runs Android and a iBooks is for Apple Devices

only if you bought books in the Amazon Kindle App for iPhone,iPad,iPod Touch then they will be synced
