Good afternoon,

This same month in 2013 I made a purchase at the Apple Store in New York, United States.The product was "EU BOOM".

But now, it has shown some defects. I can not load the device more. Pressing the "on / off" button indicates that is out of battery. And when I plug the cable to the device nothing happens.


It seems that the device does not recognize the cable. Maybe the entry is damaged.


I contacted some Apple stores here in Brazil and they told me to try to contact the manufacturer of the product,Logitech in this case.


I would like a response. And I would like to know if there is some way to get my receipt of the product (because only with the receipt of US I can get the same product here in Brazil).
