iPad froze while installing iOS update
IiPad Air froze while installing update, can't turn it off either. Does any have any such experience?
What are you seeing on the iPad's screen ? If it's the Apple icon and frozen progress bar then try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear and it should reboot.
If it doesn't then try recovery mode, and then restore/resync your content to it : If you can't update or restore your iOS device
