iPhone cant detect wifi

iPhone 4 cant detect wifi at all. I tried resetting the network settings (It didnt work). I also tried rebooting but it also didnt work. Also tried putting the name and password on the wifi>choose a network>other But it still didnt work.


Im using IOS 7.0.2 Im not able to update it yet to the latest 7.1.2 cause it requires wifi network.


I dont want to use my data plan all the time when i have wifi at home. your help will be greatly appreciated. 🙂
