fake itunes invoices

Question

Has anyone come across this type of thing? There is this thread with the same order number mentioned on it (the OP on that thread doesn&#x27;t give as much info as you have, but I assume that the rest of their email will be the same) : Account hacked, unauthorized iTune payment madeIf you had been to the link in the post and entered your password then change it immediately as they will have captured them and could then try and make purchases.And you could forward the email to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com

I know this is an old thread but felt compelled to reply because I have had 4 of these scam I-tune e-mails to date and have forwarded them to the report phishing address but have had no acknowledgement  from Apple. As I said in three of my emails, I would have thought that an organisation as large as Apple would have the courtesy to acknowledge reciept. Every other company I have had dealings with acknowledge receipt of such e-mails and thank you for being vigilant. I can only imagine that Apple are so large that they can afford to ignore such matters. After all, it&#x27;s not their money that&#x27;s at riskJohnT
