iTunes Billing Inquiry

Hi,

Last week I made several purchases on iTunes, unfortunately one of the charges for $9.03 was charged twice to my debit card from 7/03/14. I had some problems processing the payment, so I believe that possibly because of this I was charged twice. One payment of
$9.03 has processed on my bank statement, and one for $9.03 has been pending since 7/04/14. Will this be cleared soon? Or do I need to make a follow up call to have it refunded by an iTunes billing representative?

Thank you.

It may just be a temporary store holding charge, and your card issuer might remove it (the length of time that it takes for holding charges to disappear varies by card issuer) : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds

If it hasn't gone by the end of the week then either try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (does it show as two separate purchases on that site or on your account's purchase history ?) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
