Hello there, when i go to my recent log, most of the calls i have made are not being shown, only my facetime calls. how do i view my incoming and outgoing calls?
If you go to the Phone app, then go to Recents, there are two settings at the top of the screen, All or Missed. I'm not sure why you are just seeing FaceTime calls, since there is no setting to display only that type.
You can try doing a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot and it will not affect your data. See if this corrects the issue.

so i tried doing the reset and it still remains the same. there are alot of my incoming and outgoing calls missing 😟
I'm not sure you will be able to recover them if they are not showing up now. I would be interested to see if they start showing up after the reset. If it does not, then your next troubleshooting step is a restore from backup, then a restore as new if needed. If that does not fix the issue, then you would need to make an appointment with the Genius Bar at Apple to have the hardware checked.
