MY MAC WONT START

I Was on Safari when my macbook froze so I turned it off and started again but now it won't start! It keeps loading and its been an hour and it just won't start 😟 I'm really worried because that laptop has everything 😟 what should I do?? I've tried turning it three times and the same thing happens every time!
