Location Services without wi-fi.

Hi Team,

I'm trying to get device location using location service in iPad without cellular.When we turned-off wi-fi and trying to get the location, we are getting error "location error The operation couldn’t be completed. (kCLErrorDomain error 0.)".When we trying with wi-fi turned on but no wi-fi networks connected,then we are getting locations.Does it mean when trying to get the location wi-fi must be on even there is no wi-fi networks available??Please Help us...
