iCal: Snow Leopoard / Lion / Mountain Lion / Mavericks

I know, this might be a "no-brainer" issue (especially for managers), but what I am missing in iCal since many many years is the view/overview/display of "calendar weeks".

Apple renamed iCal, Calendar in Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion). There is a forum for iCal here:

Calendar->Preferences->Advanced: do you mean the setting for "Show week numbers" ?
