How do I play iTunes LP content on Apple TV 2nd gen?

I've just upgraded my Apple TV 2nd gen, and iTunes on my Mac.

I can't figure it out. Is it possible to play iTunes LP content ("CDs extras") on Apple TV?

the ios8 bit would suggest that it's currently not supported

No, only AppleTV 1 did that and until recently ony AppleTV 1 did iTunes Extras.

iTunes Extras have just been added so maybe hope for itunes LP, though I gather Extras is streaming only and old itunes downloaded Extras may (I haven't tested yet) be incompatible.
