This is a user to user support forum and Apple only participates here...
1. To maintain order and make sure that we are obeying the ToU.
2. Any help that comes directly from Apple in the forum is by way of the Apple Community Specialists that respond to questions that have gone over 48 hours without a response. The Community Specialists mostly just direct users to support articles, and rarely get into any actual dialog with another user regarding the problem. I mean no offense to any of these fine people who are doing their job as instructed, but they are almost like "bots" since there is so very little interaction between them and the user that they are trying to help. I'm not saying that there isn't any follow up interaction, but it doesn't seem to occur all that often.
Having explained that to you, if you think somebody from Apple would be better suited to help, make an appointment at an Apple Store Genius Bar and ask for help there. That is how you make direct contact with Apple to get help.
