Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I just updated my iPad mini and now there is stuff that I cannot do with or without Wi-Fi , like when I go into an app it will shut itself off or it will not load . What do I do?

I am wondering how to fix the new version of my iPad, but the only thing that I would think of you could do is go back to the old version which I didn't think you could do that. How do I fix it without having to wait for the new version?

It's not possible to revert to a prior iOS version.

Try a reset ..

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.

No data is lost due to a reset.
