My iPhone 5c isn't receiving calls

I have already reset the network settings but it still doesn't work. I tried calling from my sisters phone and it goes straight to voicemail. Same with my moms and dad's phones. I just updated my software to iOS 7.1.2. I can make calls just fine and send and receive texts.
