Update 11.3.0 caused trouble!

Means iTunes hardly starts, does not catch podcasts and could be stopped via taskmanager only. That is on my PC, on my netbook, Win7Starter, I started iTunes, several minutes passed before iTunes was displayed. Unfortunately this little circling ring, indicating a fully stretched CPU, is all what iTunes does.

What can I do to shoot these problems? Thanks a lot for your kind suggestions!
