Viber credits never came!

Sometime ago I tried to buy credits on Viber more precisely on 28 april 2014, and not only the amount of 4,49€ was charged THREE TIMES (got all the receipes on my email) but also I havent got a single euro of credit on my account!!! I was charged abusively once i bought the credits just once and the credits didnt come!

i tried to complain to apple several times through the german website for purchase problems and reimbursement but until now i got no answer!

what to do now???


the codes of purchase are MGNDYQXN2L and MGNDYS7W3Q.

How did you try to contact iTunes Support ? You should be able to use the 'report a problem' page to contact Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com (it can 24 hours for you to get a reply)


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
