I just bought a new iPod 5th generation and I wanted to download whatsapp on it. When I go to appstore and write whatsapp on the search bar it does come up and I click on it but then it says that my iPod it not compatible and I cant download it. My software is 7.1.2 I don't know if that makes a difference to it but it does come up on appstore and doesn't that mean I can download it? Please help.
The developer of WhatsApp has not created a version for the iPod.
Yes it is because in the minute I click download it says WhatsApp Messenger is not compatible to the iPod.
Just what are you saying? The app description in the App Store says:
Compatibility: Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.
