Manage storage

I have a problem with my Iphone 4s, I can`t access the storage settings; when I try to use Manage Storage nothing happens. There for I can t make any backup and I need to remove old backups cause I haven`t enough storage.

You might try something as simple as force-closing all you apps (double-tap the home button, swipe up on the app preview images to close all apps, tap the home button again), then reset your phone (hold the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release).

If you're saying that you are tapping Manage Storage and nothing happens, I would try completely signing out of your iCloud account, then signing back in. To do this, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll, then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide your password and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your data will still be in iCloud). Then sign back in and your iCloud data will download back to your phone. See if Manage Storage works now.
