How to receive a refund of a gift i sent to someone living outside of the country

I have been told by the person i bought a gift of an album that he cannot download as the rules are if you are outside of the country you are unable to buy a gift through the website. However the website lets you buy a gift for someone living outside of the country I didnt see any warning about it when i purchased it and it seems to make it very difficult to get a refund.

Have you been charged for the gift ? If you have then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
