when i upgrade my iphone 4 to ios 7.1.2 my toolbar is going dark and it's not active!
is it happend to anybody?!
how can i fix it!?

thanks dear, but as you can see iconbar at the end of the Screen is gray!!
in ios 7.0.4 it was Colorful!! when i changed my wallpaper the color of iconbar was changed!

Yes, that is the way iOS 7.1 works. There were readability complaints after 7.0 came out, so with 7.1 Apple changed the background color to improve readability.
