I want to transfer my photos to my computer so i can restart my gallery on my phone. How do i transfer my photos back to my phone and be able to delete them whenever i would like to ?
You should regularly copy photos from iPhone to computer and delete them from the Camera Roll on the iPhone.

You can then sync the photos you want back to the iPhone using iTunes.
